Built on more than a century of power expertise, Eaton’s ATS portfolio is the broadest UL 1008 listed range in the market, supporting contactor, molded case, and power frame constructions with ratings from 30A to 5000A. Available in open transition, open-in-phase, and closed transition types, these switches are tailored for both standard and service entrance applications.

Our ATS solutions include:

• Contactor-based ATS: Compact, cost-effective, and ideal for applications up to 3000A. Features front-access design, Arcflash Reduction Maintenance System (ARMS), and optional service entrance rating.

• Molded Case ATS: Available up to 1000A, featuring high withstand close-on ratings, manual override handle, and self-protecting switching.

• Power Frame ATS: Designed for heavy-duty use up to 5000A with optional drawout construction, overcurrent protection, and advanced coordination capabilities.

• Bypass Isolation ATS: Enables maintenance and testing without power disruption. Offered in both contactor and power frame configurations, with dual ATS-bypass automation and drawout safety interlocks.

All ATS units are compatible with Eaton’s advanced ATC-100, ATC-300+, and ATC-900 controllers, allowing full programmability, load monitoring, and Ethernet/Modbus communication. Optional Remote Annunciator HMI and Power Xpert Gateway solutions provide centralized control, data logging, and remote diagnostics.

Eaton ATS units can also be upgraded with the TSM-900 retrofit monitor, bringing modern intelligence and real-time visibility to legacy systems. Metering, waveform capture, and detailed event logging enhance predictive maintenance and system compliance, making our ATS offering ideal for mission-critical environments.
